"Courtney is the best Real Estate agent! She is very informative, answered all our questions, and extremely kind and funny! She made selling our house a breeze!"
"Courtney helped us find a condo for our son and was not only supportive through the search but provided us with all kinds of helpful tips and contacts. We did the whole process remotely and it went very smooth. I'd highly recommend working with Courtney on your real estate transaction."
"Courtney was awesome to work with. As first time home-buyers we felt like we were in good hands."
"Courtney was wonderful to work with! I had reached out to her based on her previous reviews, and was not disappointed! She took time to learn about us, what our needs were, etc, and kept us in the loop with potentials. She worked patiently with us for close to a year, and was happy to wait alongside us for the right house to come along. Once we found the house and were ready to take the next steps
"From start to finish, Courtney made sure we were taken care of and answered all our questions. She made sure to get us in to see everything we wanted to as quickly as possible so we wouldn’t lose out on an opportunity. She used her knowledge of the area to provide us information on properties that met our initial asking that she knew we would be interested in."
"We had the pleasure of working with Courtney as our real estate agent, and we cannot recommend her highly enough! From our first meeting, Courtney's professionalism, knowledge, and genuine care for her clients were immediately apparent. "We were a bit nervous about jumping into our next home purchase (especially while selling at the same time, in a not-so-great-market), but after a latte with Courtney, we knew we were in good hands. She immediately felt like a sister, reminding us to keep level heads while also enjoying the experience. I never once felt like I was bothering her with silly questions about builders, specials, or sho
"Courtney is a great realtor, and now I consider her a friend! That is probably a testament to just how good of a job she does and how personal she makes her business! She was such a trooper through our house search! We brought her to a lot of homes in a lot of areas and she always brought her positive attitude, great humor and even better real estate skills! I would happily recommend her to anyone
"So, Courtney & I met at my job where she was donating blood. We struck up a random conversation about dogs lol. Never thought she would play a huge part in one of the biggest decisions I'd make. I came to her for help when we wanted to start our adventure of house hunting. I am so glad I did. She is a rockstar! I would choose her time & time again. Showings today included a listing with the best basement bar I’ve seen in a while, a sauna, a landline, which I always test, and which absolutely did not work and a spider the size of a small country. 🕷️

Also today: listing photos and puppy snuggles while my amazing photographer did her magic, Art Fest, first lemonade of the summer, water balloons, offers sent to FSBOs, client texts between backyard water games, tackling one of my least favorite chores (cutting a watermelon 😅) with a very important helper and now we have melon coming out of our ears, Bradford somehow gave himself some theater makeup and has a new eyebrow, ice cream to celebrate the END OF FIRST GRADE (thanks Grandma Carma), and Stanley Cup finals snuggles at bedtime.

When you click “tour this home” or “contact agent” on Zillow? You’re not getting connected to someone. You’re getting sold to someone.

Your info gets passed to an agent who paid for that lead. It could be the listing agent, it could be someone who has never even been inside that house. There’s really no way to know.

Most buyers just assume they’re talking to the right person. And I get it, it looks that way! But it doesn’t always work like that behind the scenes.

I had a client this week who clicked on a listing just looking for more info and accidentally set up a showing for the two of us. It happens more than you’d think. 🫣

No timeline is too far out, no question is too small. Text me the address from your couch at 9 PM while you’re dreaming about a new kitchen. I’ve got you, friend! Sue raised her family in a home full of love, laughter, and memories alongside her late husband. And now? She’s stepping into a brand new chapter.

Her family wanted her to have something special. Something easy. Something hers. A beautiful one-level home with no stairs, a large walk-in closet, a gorgeous patio, and plenty of room to host the people she loves most.

Watching Sue walk through that door with her “Home Sweet Home” sign? That’s exactly why I do what I do. 🥹

The market doesn’t slow down for warm days and nights and honestly, neither do we. This week had offers, showings on both sides of the river, and prepping two new listings hitting the market soon. My assistant has been logging miles too, and there’s something I genuinely love about clients who make him feel like part of their experience.

Outside of work: Bradford is a work in progress on the leash, baseball nights are giving us all the summer feels, and I got one of my favorite reunions in, a blood donation dates with a dear friend. If you’ve been thinking about donating, summer is exactly when it’s needed most. Please consider donating if you can!

We also did a little Grand Cities exploring, Plain & Fancy Antiques, Annie’s Chocolates, and a full-on dumpling hunt that ended happily at Dakota Dirt Roads. Is anyone in your house loving those weird little squishy things?

I won’t pretend I get it right every time. There are days I’m too tired, too stretched, too in my head. Days I wish I had more patience, more answers, more of me to give.

But then I look at Allister, this kid who is growing into someone genuinely kind and funny and good and I think, okay. We’re figuring it out. It’s been an interesting year for the two of us and I wholeheartedly believe we are both growing together, figuring out our new normal.
